Usage is simple: start the tool, choose one of the three diagnostics, and UserDiag will take care of the rest.

Information about your computer, such as BIOS or Windows, as well as your PC components, will be explored and analyzed.

During the various active tests of your components, the tool will read data like temperatures, frequencies, and voltages of the components.

Finally, UserDiag will show you with a complete report about the overall health of your computer, with advice and solutions if any issues have been identified.

The diagnostic report of your PC is structured in three distinct sections.

The first part show a list of tips or issues automatically identified during the diagnostic. This is the strength of this tool.⚑

The second part present all the essential information about your PC. You can see and verify a large amount of information about your components.

The third part offers several graphs recorded during the tests of your components. Advanced users can thus check in more detail the behavior of the components during the tests.

A reliable diagnostic via HWiNFO


UserDiag uses real-time monitoring technologies provided by HWiNFO.

This integration allows accurate and reliable readings of frequencies, temperatures, voltages, and other metrics.

Other specialized tools are also used during component tests, such as FurMark (graphics card), Prime95 (processor), or diskspd (storage).
