System modifications :
- The registry key DefaultTTL has been modified.
The software TCP Optimizer was probably used.
This registry key allows modifying the time-to-live (TTL) of IP packets.
In this case, the value has been decreased compared to the default value.
This can cause issues while browsing the internet, as packets may be lost.
This modification does not improve ping or internet speed. It is useless.

What to do about these bad practices? :
- This is not really ideal (but not the end of the world either).
Windows seems to have been modified by software/scripts or manually.
If you know how to correctly revert these settings to default, you can do so.
However, note that UserDiag does not detect all possible modifications.
You might be missing other system settings that have been changed.
There may be only a few modifications detected above, but potentially other things could have been altered.
If you have issues or if you prefer, you can always reinstall Windows properly via this tutorial.

Optional considerations

- Check on the left if the storage indicates "not initialized" instead of "online". If so, right-click on it > "Initialize"
- Then, right-click on the unallocated area (in black) > "New Simple Volume"
- In the wizard, you can leave all the default options. Click "Next" until the end, then "Finish"
- You can now use this space

➡️ Windows 11 version 23H2 can be updated to version 24H2.

You can update:

- Via Windows Update. (if available)
- Or via the Windows 11 Installation Assistant. (the tool will update Windows without affecting your personal files)

Note:
The latest version 24H2 of Windows 11 seems (currently) to be affected by some issues/bugs in certain situations.
You can check the known issues on Microsoft's website: Known issues of Windows 11 24H2.
I recommend waiting a few weeks before updating, to give Microsoft time to fix these known issues.
